Tip - I would have to say Quinoa.

My friend is a big health freak but I must say she is my healthy eating expert. During a conversation over lunch she mentioned that quinoa is high in protein.

"1. High in protein -- its protein balance is similar to milk and has more protein compared to rice, millet or wheat."
