Making a Small Room Look Big

A well organized room, even if it is small, looks spacious. Make sure there are no books or clothes lying around and ask your kids to neatly stack everything and use the shelves, drawers and cabinets.

In order to create the impression of space you should clear the room as much as possible. This includes the ceiling, where often low hanging fans can cramp things up.
