Tip - Natural peanut butter with casein and skimmed milk

Natural peanut butter, 30g whey or casein or 15g of both, 25g skimmed milk powder, 150ml skimmed milk, 1 small banana, 20g oats blended - if its too thick whilst blending, add a tiny bit of water at a time to you have a consistency you prefer.
