How to start a successful money making blog in one year

Do not post your blog unless you're 100% satisfied that people will like it, the moment you post a blog just for the sake of posting... your blog will never do well.

When you read through your own work and pass it onto collegues to read, if they feel its a good read before you posted then its safe to say others will also think its a good read otherwise if your blogs do not make sense to your audience do not expect them to come back, do not expect good bounce rate, do not expect them to share it.

Don't fall under the "casual blogger" if you really want to make money, you need to take this seriously otherwise there a millions out there who are casual bloggers and they make no money whatsoever 

I've experimented time and time again, blogs that are publishing via Google+ get higher rankings within Google, more authority is given to them... why not take advantage by using G+ make a base of followers.

Now making a Twitter, Facebook, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, Reddit accounts are a piece of cake, my little sister who is 5 can do this... that is not where it stops.

Creating a social presense is more than just making an account and its more than just submitting your blog links to them, you must put yourself in your audiences position what would they want to see? Do they want to see normal blog posts or would it be more fun for them to see a new blogging website talking through the statistics of the website; give them something different! Sometimes you can post and tell them how many visitors came to the blog today, give it to them in text format then change it about give it to them in infographics then analyze to see which works better? Facebook has been proven by many experts that pictures work better than text but this is not the case for all the sites.

Catchy 1 liners also bring users to click onto your blog, remember when you're trying to build a social presence NEVER disappear, you must consistently post on all your social sites! Don't over do it and don't under do it either. With time you will find out the "peak" time for your audience and that would be the best time to post.

when I started blogging, I had myself and 3 volunteers we had a crazy target to achieve 16 articles per day - each had to be 300 words and unique... We somehow managed to reach that target every single day for 30 days which made the site grow like you couldn't imagine.

Not only does Google want your content to be unique but recent changes have showed Google liking longer pieces of content, I'm talking over 1,000 word blog posts 100% unique - just remember when you're posting your blog you should submit it to social websites right away Google loves this, depending on the number of shares, unique visitors, content, search engine optimisation on your website you can rank very well if you keep these tips in mind

If you're not qualified for SEO, learn it. If you don't have time to learn it, INVEST in it.

if it’s something you want to monetize, figure out a related product or service that you can sell to that niche market. Also, give yourself permission to put something out there. People sit around and wait permission – don’t! Write a book, release it as a download and start monetizing.

Do you have friends and family with a good level of English? If they can write start with a minimal of 1 blog from them per day, give them a time frame every day to when they must produce. Give them that extra bit of "being a part of your blog" by making sure the blog is submitted under there name. Not only will you be getting a free blog post done but they will also push it via social media themselves because it has there name on the blog.

This ties into scheduling-  but when it comes to blogging, while you should be innovative and offer fresh content regularly for your readers, you do not need to reinvent the wheel personally in doing so.  What are you really good at? Focus on those strengths and either delegate or set aside time to get through the tasks you hate quickly.

I’m stupid busy- so I use tools like Dlvr.it and Hootsuite to schedule some of my content to be syndicated when I’m unable to sit behind a computer.  Additionally, I like to queue up a few posts at a time to get a week or two ahead of schedule by drafting and scheduling my posts in WordPress.  Some bloggers have a more rigid content schedule, it’s something I wish I had the brain for- but I can usually get about two weeks ahead before I need to take some time off and get inspired.

Lead good comments on other blogs, you can also write for other blogs as a guest and leave back good back links towards your blog, even a simple join with your blog name may just get the admin intrigued.
